Refund policy

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our manufacturing partners. Orders typically enter production within 2–7 business days. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded for the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, wrong color or variant, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Returned items are not required for defective or damaged orders.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation and payment provider. Refund processing times may vary. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from a manufacturing error.

All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access provided, all sales of digital downloads are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once access has been granted.
